AUSTIN – Hillwood Communities, a Perot company,announced today the appointment of real estate professionalDuke Kerrigan as general manager of its Austinregion.
Duke, who earned his Business Administration degree in Financefrom Texas Christian University, has a background in real estateacquisitions, securing entitlements, project capitalization,project management, strategic planning and sales and marketing.
He was most recently a director at Hines, where he was employedfor over a decade. Duke will oversee Hillwood's master-plannedcommunity projects and future acquisitions and developments inAustin.
