EDISON, NJ—A restructured lease agreement willkeep environmental engineering company WestonSolutions in the class A flex building it has occupied inthe Federal Business Center in RaritanCenter at 205 Campus Drive in Edison, NJfor 15 years.

The new lease agreement enabled Weston Solutions to reduce theirleased area while increasing the value of their lease agreement.NAI James E. Hanson's Barry Mayerand Art Hixson represented the tenant in the newlease agreement.
