ORLANDO—National restaurant chain Miller's Ale House has inkedan 18,944-square-foot office headquarters lease in Orlando. In themove, the company is expanding from 9,000 square feet to 19,000square feet of office space.
Miller's is taking up residence at Major Plaza. Theoffice building located at 5750 Major Boulevard,west of the intersection with South Kirkman Road and offers easyaccess to Interstate 4.
"The JLL brokerage team was able to secure a competitive lease,including a build-out, competitive rate and signage rights," saysMark Peterson, CFO of Miller's Ale House. "Whensearching for space, we knew we wanted to expand but also find anoffice location that was in close proximity to ourrestaurants. The office space the JLL team securedat Major Plaza will accommodate our company's growing needs."
