ATLANTA—Two global commercial real estatecompanies have joined forces to transform an Atlantaoffice building into a mixed-use development thatwill include retail and more. Simon has retainedCBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for theplanned 12-story class A office space that'srising up as part of the Phipps Plaza's redevelopment.
CBRE's Jeff Keppen, Chris Portand Nicole Goldsmith are representing Simon in theleasing. Simon laid out plans to transform the luxury mall into amixed-use development in November.
