MIAMI—Lake Nona Landing has traded hands. TavistockDevelopment Company sold the 335,000-square-footretail asset to an unnamed institutional investoradvised by Clarion Partners for $58 million.

JLL Capital Markets brokered the sale. JLL'smanaging director Carson Good and vice presidentTarik Bateh represented Tavistock. JLL's executivevice president Mike Longmore and senior vicepresident Justin Greider will lead the leasing andmanagement efforts on behalf of Clarion Partners.
