MIAMI—Developer EDEN Multifamily topped offconstruction of NOMA, an eight-story, 347-unitapartment building at 2145 Northeast 164th Streetin the heart of North Miami Beach. NOMA is scheduled to becompleted in fall 2018.
NOMA is EDEN's first development in North Miami Beach andrepresents a significant milestone for the city, which isexperiencing a renaissance following the 2015 completion of theCity's Mixed Use Town Center zoning district. Themultifamily project is located in the emergingCommunity Redevelopment Area on the east side of the city.
