Northwell Health Signs Lease at The Greenwich Lane

NEW YORK CITY—Northwell Health has signed a new lease totaling 22,000 square feet and will establish a new community healthcare facility at The Greenwich Lane, a 199-unit condominium situated at the former site of St. Vincent’s Hospital in the West Village.

The Greenwich Lane ownership, the Rudin Family and joint venture partner Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings announced the lease deal with the Great Neck, NY-based health services firm. Northwell Health will take space on the second and third floor of 7 Seventh Ave. The facility, scheduled to open in 2018, will offer primary specialty care services, including cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and ear, nose and throat care. Greenwich Lane is a collection of five buildings and five townhouses centered on a 14,000 square-foot courtyard.
