Restaurant concept Musume

DALLAS—As more multifamily/mixed-use developments add culinaryexperiences that not only appeal to the multifamily dwellers butalso surrounding residents, office/mixed-use properties are nowfinding the destination restaurant concept has the same effect. Anexample of this is contemporary Asian restaurant, Musumé,scheduled to open later this year.

Musumé will join FloraStreet Café as the second restaurant at HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District. The five-acremixed-use three-phase development by HALL Group is located on twofull city blocks.
