Chicago-based Stoneleigh Companies LLC, in partnershipwith Realty CapitalManagement, teamed up to celebrate the groundbreaking ofthe luxury apartments earlier this month. Switchyard Apartmentswill feature luxury apartments consisting of studio, one- andtwo-bedroom units.
