With that in mind, The Woodmont Companyrecently completed a 45,000-square-foot lease with Conn'sHome Plus at WendlandPlaza, a 192,322-square-foot retail center located at1101 S. Fort Hood St. Grant Gary and DanRebensdorf of The Woodmont Company represented the landlord.
