SACRAMENTO—The Bank of the WestTower located at 500 Capitol Mall isa 26-story 450,000-square-foot office building completed in 2009. The tower was developed byAngelo G. Tsakopoulos of TsakopoulosInvestments. Tsakopoulos is also the property manager forthe building.
The tower fully clad in polished Brazilian granite ascends 25stories, offering sweeping views of the Sierras, the SacramentoRiver, the Sacramento skyline and the state capitol. In 2014, Bankof the West Tower was the first Capitol Mall class-A high rise toearn LEED Platinum. Bank of the West Tower also earned the ENERGYSTAR label in 2014.
