FREMONT, CA—A new affordable housing community, MissionCourt Senior Apartments, is located in the Warm Springsarea on a 2.25-acre site on the corner of Warren Avenue and MissionFalls Court. Nonprofit developer Eden Housing andthe city celebrated the groundbreaking at 47003 Mission FallsCt. last week.
Mission Court Senior Apartments is part of MissionFalls, a new master plan development by local developerJohn Wong of East Warren ParkLLC. The developer is proposing five villages on fiveparcels totaling 23.5 acres near Interstate 880 and Warren Avenue,and will offer nearly 500 residential units serving active adultsage 55 and older, along with a 15,000-square-foot senior communitycenter. Mission Court Senior Apartments is expected to be completedin November 2018.
