With 84 millionmillennials and 78 million Baby Boomers, hotels have ramped upbrands and concepts geared specifically to the younger set, hesaid.
The Hilton and Marriott brandsare at the top of the list for millennials, and Cohen mentionedloyalty programs with more instant gratification membership perksthat are millennial-centric. Also, location and VIP treatment arevalued by 61% of millennials.
