WEBSTER, TX—XTeam International partner Baker Katz acquired a2-acre site in Webster earlier this year and has broken groundon two buildings, totaling approximately 15,000 square feet, whichwill include large outdoor patio seating and visibility to Bay AreaBoulevard. Fast forward to next year as Bellagreenis set to occupy a 3,500-square-foot space at the new shoppingcenter at 820 West Bay Area Blvd. between Interstate 45 and TexasAvenue. The dining establishment will serve as an integralcomponent of the project.
