PARSIPPANY, NJ—RD Management,JMF Properties, and Ripco RealEstate have begun construction of WaterviewMarketplace in Parsippany, NJ. The project will beanchored by a new Whole Foods Market occupying 48,000 square feetof the 150,150-square-foot center set to open in 2018. It will bethe third Whole Foods Market store in MorrisCounty, and will include indoor and outdoor dining space forcustomers.
