With over two decades of experience, Bidek has redefined urban skylines through complex developments like One Chicago, a 2.2-million-square-foot multi-tower project, and the $1.3 billion North Union master plan, which delivered 2,600 homes across 14 buildings.Her expertise in adaptive reuse was prominently displayed at the boutique Hotel 1928, which was featured on national television. Recently, Bidek led the design for AmLaw 200 firm Benesch, creating a sophisticated workplace at 71 South Wacker Drive that prioritizes wellness and biophilic elements.Beyond her project work, Bidek served as the 2024 President of CREW Chicago, where she actively advocated for gender equity and the advancement of women in commercial real estate.
