Annmarie Plenge has spent over three decades transforming how development companies integrate design into their core operations. As the Chief Creative Officer at Pacific Retail Capital Partners, Plenge pioneered a groundbreaking model by launching the company’s first in-house Architectural Design Studio in 2023.

Her work on District Galleria was internationally recognized with the 2024 ICSC Global Design Award.

Plenge also leads the transformation of Yorktown Center in Chicago, adding over 600 residential units and a massive public park. A former Principal at Gensler, she draws on her extensive experience to mentor emerging designers and advocate for diverse voices in the industry.
