Kerri Swischuk is an operational and creative force who has spent nearly 40 years shaping Phoenix Design One into one of the region’s most respected interior architecture studios. Since becoming a Principal in 1996, Swischuk has guided the firm through seismic industry shifts, overseeing the completion of more than 48 million square feet of space.

In 2024 alone, her team completed over two million square feet across 307 projects, reinforcing the firm’s status as a major player in Arizona’s growth. Her leadership culminated in a significant 2025 milestone when PDO was selected to join RDC, a national architecture firm, expanding PDO’s reach while maintaining its boutique identity.

Swischuk is a champion for experience-driven workplaces, designing highly amenitized environments that help lower vacancy rates in the Phoenix office sector. Both NCIDQ and LEED AP certified, she is a dedicated mentor for emerging talent and has served as a Guest Critic for Arizona State University.

Her commitment to the community is woven into the firm’s fabric through a year-round philanthropic program that supports causes ranging from the American Cancer Society to the Arizona Humane Society.
