Phoebe Yee is the Executive Vice President of Design for Related California, where she provides creative and technical oversight for all market-rate and mixed-income developments across the West Coast. With a future pipeline totaling $4.5 billion, Yee is a central figure in defining modern luxury and urban living.

Her recent achievements include leading the delivery of 700 Broadway in Santa Monica, a mixed-use development that anchors the economic revival of the Lincoln Corridor, and The Clara, a 22-story tower that introduced luxury high-rise living to Silicon Valley. Yee’s work has earned numerous 2025 accolades, including Gold Nugget Awards for Best Mixed-Use Project and Best Service Enriched 55+ Community.

Her influence extends deep into the architectural community through her role as Chair of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation, where she works to cultivate and value women’s contributions to the building industry. Additionally, she is the first woman to chair the Finance Committee for the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
