Heather Brown
Cushman & Wakefield

With 25 years of experience, Heather Brown has established herself as a pivotal leader in the Boston market, specifically through her role in relaunching Cushman & Wakefield’s debt advisory platform in 2025. Brown brings a rare principal-to-principal perspective to her advisory work, having spent the first half of her career on the lending side of the business. This unique background allows her to offer clients tactful, long-term strategies rather than one-off deals—especially during periods of market disruption where deep technical knowledge is required. In the last year alone, she has executed high-scale assignments, including financing a national multifamily portfolio exceeding $250 million and a national industrial portfolio exceeding $100 million. Her technical versatility is further evidenced by her successful closing of an $80 million speculative life sciences construction loan, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex asset classes. Brown views her role as a connector, collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for institutional owners and developers.Beyond her transaction work, she is a dedicated mentor to younger professionals and women navigating the industry. Brown is also an active board member of the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA) and serves on the 2026 Leadership Committee for the American Heart Association’s Wall Street Run & Heart Walk, reflecting her commitment to both professional leadership and civic engagement.
