Megan Jones has spent nearly 25 years as an integral member of Colliers’ Pittsburgh production team, closing over $2.5 billion in commercial real estate debt placements throughout her career. Averaging an annual volume of approximately $120 million, Jones was recently appointed to the role of Senior Transaction Manager to lead a new national transaction support team—a testament to her ability to execute complex deals almost seamlessly.

She is responsible for front-end underwriting and financial analysis for every transaction, serving as the primary point of contact from the initial lender quote through final closing. Her expertise allows her to adapt underwriting strategies to meet shifting lender appetites and market volatility.

Jones’s influence is deeply rooted in the industry through her past presidency of CREW Pittsburgh and her role as the sole woman invited to help launch the Grandbridge Real Estate Capital Analyst Council. She is a frequent speaker for organizations such as ULI and NAIOP, sharing her three decades of insight into the evolving capital markets.

Outside of her professional roles, Jones is a dedicated mother and active community leader, serving on the boards of the Pittsburgh Youth Chorus and the Saxonburg Area Girls Softball Association, where she serves as Treasurer. This balance of high-level production and community leadership exemplifies the resilience and credibility she has built in a historically male-dominated field.
