Jillian Mariutti has redefined the role of a financing advisor by originating more than $2.5 billion in transactions over the past three years, with 93% of her $2.5 billion in transactions represented "new business relationships for JLL. Her background as a former interest rate derivatives trader at Wells Fargo—where she became the youngest female Vice President at age 26—gives her distinctive risk management expertise during volatile market cycles.

Recent high-profile successes include the $216 million refinancing of the Westin New York Grand Central and a $167.7 million refinancing for a national WoodSpring Suites portfolio. She also secured financing for the iconic Chateau Marmont and several large-scale multifamily developments in New York City.

Beyond her transaction record, Mariutti is a prominent thought leader who frequently appears on Fox Business programs, including Mornings with Maria, to provide commentary on market conditions. She leads the U.S. division of JLL’s Global Women’s Forum and co-chairs the NYU Schack Institute Women’s Symposium.

Her philanthropic efforts are equally impressive—she chairs Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC, where she helped raise over $1.5 million at a single event, and she established a scholarship for young women at her alma mater. Mariutti is also the author of children’s books focused on positive mindset principles, reflecting her belief that mindset is a primary driver of professional success.
