One of the few female producers at Walker & Dunlop to manage her own book of business, Lynn Pearson has arranged more than $4 billion in debt financing across approximately 200 transactions since 2015. Pearson is known for her tenacity in preserving deal viability; she recently navigated a $59.9 million acquisition loan for an institutional investor through a two-year cycle marked by appraisal and capital market volatility.
Her experience spans permanent, construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing across all major asset classes, making her a versatile advisor for long-standing clients. She is particularly respected for providing realistic benchmarks and tracking deals over multiple years to ensure successful execution.
Pearson’s commitment to institutional knowledge-sharing is reflected in the comprehensive seven- to eight-page training guide she developed to mentor junior analysts. In the community, she serves on the board of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors, where she helped establish the CRE NextGen Development Program.
She also served on the board of Women of Walker & Dunlop for seven years and co-founded the “Women in Production” subgroup to empower women in revenue-generating roles.
