Kate Gillette serves as a senior vice president with Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Asset Strategies group, bringing 17 years of specialized experience to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul region. Known for her creative problem-solving, Gillette recently salvaged a 60,000-square-foot industrial deal for Optimize Physical Therapy when the initial acquisition cost became unfeasible.

By leveraging her deep community network, she identified a new local investor to purchase the building and lease it back to her client, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties. Her technical expertise as both a licensed broker and a certified appraiser enables her to deliver integrated valuation insights that set her advisory services apart.

A recipient of the 2024 CoStar Impact Award, Gillette is an active leader in the Minnesota real estate community, serving on the boards of NAIOP and the Appraisal Institute.
