Lizann McGowan, managing director at Northmarq, leads the multifamily investment sales team for the Greater Philadelphia region with over 25 years of industry experience. She has completed a staggering $12.3 billion in career transactions, including the $233 million sale of 1500 Locust, a record-setting single-asset deal in Pennsylvania.

In 2025, McGowan continued her momentum by closing $303 million in volume, highlighted by the $96.5 million sale of the luxury community Ember at Berwyn. She is notably the only regional broker known to have sold the same institutional properties multiple times, a testament to her deep-rooted client trust and market credibility.

Outside of brokerage, McGowan is heavily involved with her alma mater, Villanova University, where she mentors dozens of students and serves on several community planning commissions in Newtown Township.
