Byers demonstrated her market dominance by taking a 1.7 million-square-foot Prologis assignment from 43% to 100% occupancy in just eight months. Her consistent performance earned her a spot in the 2024 Everest Club as a top 10% producer nationally, as well as the 2025 NAIOP Industrial Lease of the Year Award.
