Brooke Dewey serves as an Executive Managing Director at JLL, where she co-leads the Atlanta Agency Leasing platform and has influenced more than 18 million square feet of office space throughout her career. She is highly regarded for her long-term relationships with institutional owners, recently securing a 180,000-square-foot lease for AIG’s Digital Innovation Hub—one of the largest office deals in metro Atlanta in 2024.

Dewey also successfully represented ownership in a 148,000-square-foot renewal for Kilpatrick Townsend in Midtown, reinforcing asset stability in a competitive market. A multi-year member of the Million Dollar Club, Dewey is equally committed to the next generation, having relaunched the Young Guns program at JLL to support early-career brokers.
