Lindsey Halter is a Founding Partner of Carolina Retail Experts, one of the only majority female-owned commercial real estate brokerages in South Carolina. She leads the Landlord Services Division, managing a portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet.

Under her leadership, the firm has completed over 250 deals totaling $311 million in transaction volume. Halter, who holds the prestigious CCIM designation, was recognized as a 2025 CREi Woman of Influence and received the SC Biz News Empowering Women Award.

She served as the 2023 President of CREW Charleston, where she was honored as a Distinguished Leader for facilitating the organization's growth. Halter is also a member of the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team, demonstrating a commitment to her community that matches her professional dedication.
