Since joining Avison Young as a research analyst, Lauryn Harris has rapidly ascended to SVP, now managing a portfolio of over 7 million square feet of premier office space in Washington, DC. Her background in market research gives her a unique, data-driven edge in asset positioning and financial underwriting.

In the past year, Harris helped complete more than 70 lease transactions and played an integral role in securing the high-profile 500 North Capitol Street assignment. Her early leadership was recognized when she was appointed to the Avison Young Global Emerging Leaders Council, where she collaborated on cross-border knowledge sharing.

Harris is also an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), where she contributes to maintaining high ethical and professional standards within the DC brokerage community.
