With a career spanning 30 years, Danet Linares is the Executive Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate and a cornerstone of South Florida’s office leasing market. She has led the strategy for more than 7 million square feet of transactions, including iconic assets such as 1450 Brickell and Miami Central.

Linares is known for her disciplined approach, having previously driven occupancy at the 1.2 million-square-foot Southeast Financial Center to 97%. Her excellence has been recognized with the CoStar Power Broker designation for 15 consecutive years.

Linares is also a significant civic leader, having served 14 years on the Miami Downtown Development Authority board, for which she received a Key to the City of Miami in 2023. She also serves as the Immediate Past President of the International Women’s Forum.
