Kathleen Morgan is the Managing Director and co-leader of Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory team in Arizona, where she manages long-term client relationships that span over two decades. In 2025, her team completed 80 transactions with a gross value exceeding $60 million.

Morgan was instrumental in securing a major assignment from Arizona State University to market land within the Novus Innovation Corridor, a multi-million-square-foot mixed-use project. She also successfully placed a major land listing under contract for Ryan Companies at Goodyear Celebration Plaza.

Honored as the NAIOP “Healthcare Broker of the Year,” Morgan holds the CCIM and MCR designations. She remains deeply engaged in her community as a volunteer with the Missionaries of Charity and as a steward of the LaSalle University Crew program.
