Cynthia Wasserberger, a Vice Chairman at JLL, has completed more than 25 million square feet of transactions during her nearly 30-year career in New York City. She is the creator of the Top Tier Report, a benchmark used by industry leaders to gauge the health of the Manhattan office market.

In 2025, Wasserberger was involved in record-setting premium leasing, including the relocation of fashion icon Tom Ford and a long-term lease for Intuit. She also leads JLL’s alternative investment practice, advising boutique hedge funds on over 100 transactions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Wasserberger is an active member of REBNY and a dedicated supporter of The Doe Fund, an organization working to break the cycle of homelessness. She was recently honored as a Woman of Valor for her service to the Capuchin Food Pantry
