Jennifer Harrison, Vice President at NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., brings a unique end-to-end understanding of the industry, having served as a property manager, paralegal, and in-house retail executive. Harrison previously managed a national portfolio of 500+ locations for Toys “R” Us, an experience that now informs her strategic advisory to retail and mixed-use clients.

Over the past year, she secured notable landlord representation assignments to revitalize portfolios in North Jersey and executed leases for Tim Hortons and Blue Print Cookies. She also engineered the complex sale of a former Speedway to a regional fuel operator.

Harrison was recognized as a 2024 Top Woman in Commercial Real Estate and is an active member of the NAI Women’s Alliance. Her commitment to mentorship and corporate citizenship is reflected in her support for organizations such as the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
