Emily Smith, Executive Vice President at Bespoke CRE, is the highest-producing member of her firm, generating over $1.8 million in revenue in 2026. As the only woman at her firm, Smith has overcome significant industry hurdles to excel in the challenging office market, setting a goal of $2 million for 2026.

She is the sole founder of "Female Strong," a nonprofit that provides mentorship and leadership programs to hundreds of middle and high school girls each year. Smith is an active speaker at SIOR and was recently sponsored to join the Economic Club of Chicago.

Internally, she is a member of the executive leadership team and mentors junior brokers, all while managing the firm's office culture and social media presence. Her drive to build confidence in young women stems from her own experiences navigating the "boys' club" of commercial real estate.
