With over 26 years of experience in the Austin market, Kristi Svec Simmons, is SVP at CBRE and a top-performing tenant specialist. Over the past year, Svec Simmons completed 21 deals totaling 586,490 square feet valued at over $182 million.

Her recent accomplishments include a 220,000-square-foot lease for NXP and advising the City of Austin on its 100+ acre NE Service Center campus development. She was named CBRE’s Broker of the Year for the Austin office, a recognition of her leadership and production.

Svec Simmons is the incoming president of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and a longtime mentor for university students through CREW. A breast cancer survivor, she also co-chaired national fundraising efforts for the Side-Out Foundation.
