Lynn A. Williams, Vice Chairman at CBRE, has executed more than 40 million square feet of transactions throughout her four-decade career.

A former attorney, Williams utilizes her legal expertise to navigate complex headquarters projects and global portfolio strategies. She was instrumental in securing the Royal Bank of Canada’s exclusive global contract, managing 23 million square feet across four continents.

Williams was the first woman to receive CBRE’s prestigious Edward S. Gordon Award and serves on the board supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

She is a founding member of CBRE’s Americas Executive Diversity & Inclusion Council and has guest lectured at USC and UCLA. Her ability to orchestrate cross-border solutions and build executive-level trust has solidified her reputation as one of the industry's most influential strategic advisors.
