Nnenna Alintah serves as the Managing Director of Americas Consulting at CBRE, bringing over 26 years of global experience to complex real estate optimizations. Leading a team focused on portfolio strategy and public-sector growth, Alintah guides clients through high-stakes decisions on footprint reduction and operational resilience.

During 2025, she was instrumental in securing more than 16 high-impact projects and personally managed nearly $1 million in project work, ranking her among the top billable leaders in her division. Her ability to navigate emerging markets and multi-country portfolios was previously demonstrated when she oversaw more than 600 assets across 15 countries for a global commercial bank.

Within CBRE, Alintah has been recognized with the Visionary Award from the Black Excellence group and named an MVP for her material contributions to business growth.
