As Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory Services Practice, Annie Baxter leverages 19 years of economic development experience to create executable real estate strategies. Since joining the firm in 2018, Baxter has secured over $1 billion in incentives for global corporate clients across diverse sectors, including technology and manufacturing.

Her background is uniquely comprehensive, having negotiated incentive packages from the perspectives of local government, utility providers, and the State of Georgia. Recently, she successfully managed simultaneous regional negotiations for a global client, securing over $40 million in savings.

Baxter also spearheaded a $20 million capital investment project in Mississippi that created 250 jobs and included a $11 million incentives package. Her leadership was further recognized when her group received the Gary J.

Beban Team Award for high performance and collective accountability. In addition to her professional achievements, Baxter serves on the board of the Georgia 4-H Foundation and has held leadership roles with NAIOP Georgia for many years.

Her work has earned her recognition as an Industrial Influencer and a Volunteer of the Year award. By grounding her guidance in deep market dynamics, Baxter influences the broader economic landscape to support long-term community growth.
