Shaylyn Cullen is the Founder and President of Cullen Construction Management, a WBE-certified firm she has led for 12 years. With a career spanning 29 years, Cullen has built an organization that now operates in 24 states and has tripled its team size since 2022.

Under her leadership, the firm has achieved significant geographic expansion, opening offices in Denver and Austin while doubling annual revenue year over year. In 2024, the company was named to Inc.’s Fastest Growing Companies list, a testament to her strategic pursuit of large-scale projects in healthcare, aviation, and higher education.

Cullen maintains a hands-on approach, particularly during preconstruction, where she manages consultant agreements and cost estimating. Her people-centered leadership style is reflected in the firm's 2025 inclusion on the INC.
