Sarena Ehrlich is the US Head of Workplace Strategy & Experience for Americas Consulting at CBRE, where she guides organizations through significant workplace disruptions. With over 15 years of experience across five continents, Ehrlich’s background in architecture and global development allows her to bridge human-centric design with data-driven strategy.

Over the past year, she has consulted on more than one million sq. ft. of office space and led her national team to exceed annual goals while consulting on a total of over eight million sq. ft. A notable achievement was her leadership in relocating a global bank's 250,000 sq. ft. headquarters, a transition involving more than 1,300 people.

Ehrlich is also a prominent thought leader, authoring pieces on the intersection of AI and real estate as well as retail-inspired workplace strategies. Her commitment to the industry is further demonstrated through 12 years of membership in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she has served on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee.

She also volunteers for ULI’s UrbanPlan program, teaching students about the complexities of the development process. Ehrlich’s impact is defined by her ability to turn workplace ambiguity into a strategic opportunity.
