Lauren Prevost is a Partner and Co-Partner-in-Charge of Taft’s Atlanta office, specializing in real estate capital formation and M&A. With 25 years of experience, Prevost has advised on major transactions totaling many billions of dollars, including public and private securities offerings for nationally recognized REIT platforms.

Her leadership was most recently evidenced during the transformative merger of her firm, Morris, Manning & Martin, with Taft Stettinius & Hollister, where she was a member of the small group that negotiated the deal. Since the merger's completion in late 2025, she has focused on integrating systems and ensuring service continuity for clients.

Her community impact is seen through her support of the Westside Future Fund in Atlanta, which focuses on equitable neighborhood restoration and housing. Her career is defined by her deep transactional expertise and steady institutional leadership.
