Sara Clark provides steady, strategic leadership for one of the most sophisticated student and multifamily housing platforms in the nation. As EVP of Property Management at Preiss, Clark oversees a national portfolio of more than 40,000 beds across 80 communities.

Over the past 12 months, she supported approximately $700 million in combined acquisition and disposition activity while maintaining strong operational results. Despite market headwinds, her portfolio achieved a 95% prelease rate, demonstrating strong leasing execution and team engagement.

Clark’s resilience was famously tested when she led the long-term rebuild of a community destroyed by a tornado, balancing operational rigor with compassion for displaced residents.
