Mary Fedewa is a visionary leader who co-founded STORE Capital and led it to become a $17 billion+ commercial real estate investment trust. As President and CEO, Fedewa manages a diversified portfolio of more than 3,500 properties leased to middle-market companies across the U.S..

In February 2023, she guided STORE through one of the largest real estate privatization transactions in history, a $15 billion deal. Under her leadership, the company achieved record financial performance in 2025 and closed a $625 million securitization—the largest debt transaction in its history.

Fedewa also oversaw a comprehensive recast of a $3 billion credit agreement, significantly expanding the revolving credit facility. Her commitment to culture has earned STORE the "Great Place to Work" designation for four consecutive years.

Fedewa serves on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and Champion Homes, and she supports biomedical research through her work with the Translational Genomics Research Institute. She was recognized as one of the Most Powerful Business Leaders in Arizona in 2025.
