Erin French leads the Asset Services division at Kidder Mathews, where she has propelled the platform to record-breaking revenue and market presence. As President, French oversees a 54 million-square-foot portfolio across five states and serves as the firm's highest-ranking female leader.

In 2025, her division won 44 new assignments totaling over 5.6 million square feet, including the prestigious management of the Starbucks Center in Seattle. French also played a central role in securing the assignment for San Francisco’s historic Flood Building, a 300,000-square-foot landmark.

Her leadership earned her the GlobeSt.com Best Bosses Award in 2025, highlighting her commitment to mentorship and building high-performing teams. Under her guidance, the Starbucks Center received the 2025 International BOMA TOBY Award, the highest level of recognition in property management.

French is a designated CPM and CCIM, and she is an active member of NAIOP and IREM. She consistently advocates for the recognition of her team’s accomplishments, ensuring that opportunities for growth are accessible to all.
