Kelly Gantner has been an instrumental force at Diversified Partners for 17 years, helping the firm grow from the ground up to a leading national player. As CFO and Partner, Gantner oversees corporate operations, accounting, and property management for over 12 million square feet of property nationwide.

She has managed $500 million in development across 54 companies and was central to the firm’s recovery following the 2008 downturn. Gantner’s financial assessments and investment strategies have enabled the firm to lead the retail component of The Metropolitan, a $850 million mall redevelopment in Phoenix that will include over 1,500 residential units and 100,000 square feet of retail.

She also supports the firm’s current goal of achieving $500 million in new projects within 36 months, a target the firm is already halfway toward meeting.
