Amy Groff, the COO of the National Apartment Association (NAA), has been a pivotal force in transforming the association into a leading advocacy voice and resource provider for the multifamily industry. Under Groff’s leadership, the NAA has exceeded pre-pandemic revenue values by 16% and increased net operating income by 65%.

She is overseeing a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan through 2027, focusing on financial strength and global influence. Groff’s advocacy efforts led to the bipartisan passage of the Housing for the 21st Century Act in the U.S.

House, a once-in-a-generation housing bill. She has also modernized the organization by implementing Salesforce’s AI platform and redesigning the physical office to foster a hybrid, wellness-focused environment.

Her efforts have resulted in more than 15 regulatory wins and a substantial increase in the association’s annual public relations value. Groff was awarded the silver Stevie Award for Women in Business and serves on the Advisory Council for the Goldie Initiative.
