Rosella Harvey is a Managing Principal of Project Management at Cresa, where she leverages over 30 years of experience as a registered architect to lead complex developments. Harvey is particularly passionate about improving the lives of others through the development of high-quality educational facilities in underserved and inner-city areas.

In the past 12 months, she spearheaded business development and project management for a suite of educational clients, including Mastery Charter Schools and Delaware Valley Friends School, which represent a significant revenue source for Cresa. Her peers honored her with the inaugural Jeff Zimmerman Legacy Award for leading with empathy and integrity.

Harvey's sector experience is broad, encompassing new construction, master planning, and feasibility analysis for nonprofits, museums, and senior living communities. Her extensive community involvement includes board service for the Smith Memorial Playground and the Main Line Senior Care Alliance, as well as volunteering for the ACE Mentor Program and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
