Jessica Heckman has risen through the ranks at Larken Associates to become the EVP of Multifamily Operations, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 3,000 units. Heckman’s ground-level operational expertise is unique, as she has served in every role she now manages, from construction assistant to her current executive position. Since 2020, she has helped lead the lease-up of more than 1,100 apartments, with many reaching full occupancy before construction was complete. She has championed the integration of AI-driven leasing tools and chatbots to enhance efficiency and provide real-time operational insights. Over the past year, Heckman supported a 1,300-plus-unit development pipeline, ensuring operational readiness and strategic alignment among teams. Her leadership has contributed to the Larken Living brand receiving numerous industry accolades, including awards from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Apartment Associations. Heckman holds the Certified Property Manager designation and also gives back to her community as a Taekwondo instructor for local children.
