Jillian Klein serves as SVP of People at DLC Management Corp., where she has been a driving force in creating a workplace culture recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for nine consecutive years. As Head of Human Capital, Klein leads recruitment and talent strategies, focusing on building strong, values-aligned teams.

This past year, she participated in a personalized "DLC MBA" program designed by the CEO and COO to deepen her knowledge of finance, operations, and portfolio strategy. This experience has allowed her to contribute more strategically to executive discussions on workforce planning and organizational design.
