Denise Kramer is a highly versatile executive who recently assumed the role of CEO for two public real estate investment trusts at Inland: IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust and InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income. With over 20 years of expertise, Kramer simultaneously holds five executive-level positions within the organization.

She has been instrumental in managing commercial real estate assets valued at over $850 million. One of her recent initiatives involved launching a private offering with a reduced fee structure to support the growth of Inland’s flagship REIT.

She also established a Delaware Statutory Trust program that allows the REIT to exercise purchase options on select properties. A CFA charterholder, Kramer is known for her mastery in portfolio management and investment analysis.

She is an active member of the CFA Society of Detroit and has served on the board of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives. On a personal level, Kramer sponsors four children through World Vision and is active in her local church and community food banks.
